KINGSTREE, SC — The congregation of St. Michael United Methodist Church recently gathered to honor their Senior Pastor, the Reverend Barry McFadden, for his 10th Pastoral Anniversary. This milestone celebrates a decade of dedicated spiritual leadership, community service, and visionary growth.

Pastor McFadden, a proud alumnus of South Carolina State University, was joined by his wife, family, and the devoted church community to commemorate his enduring impact on the Kingstree area. The fellowship hall was beautifully transformed for the festivities. A custom-designed banner and matching floor mat served as the central focal point, elegantly framed by navy blue and gold drapes. The banner featured a portrait of the couple alongside the profound theme: “Rooted in Christ, Growing in Grace: Celebrating 10 Years of Pastoral Excellence at ST. MICHAEL UMC.”

Over the past ten years, Pastor McFadden has successfully guided the church through periods of spiritual renewal and active community engagement. Known for his compassionate pastoral care and dynamic preaching, his steady leadership has made the church a true beacon of hope.
